Returns & Exchanges

At Ventura Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble items if necessary and place them back into their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a courier collection for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
